Just received my order via DPD from Sykes House farm and I’m very satisfied with it, the packaging was excellent and contained multiple ice blocks (plus it was in an insulated bag) everything arrived ice cold. The food quality is also exceptional and great value for money. I’d highly recommend.

Brought the family box had it delivered all the way to sunny London, arrived in good order and packaged well. It lasted my hungry family almost 6 days (minus a pack of sausages that my dog got hold of so would have been 7) the whole family were so impressed by the quality and taste of the meat the eggs and the ham. Nothing like the supermarket meat far superior, i begrudge buying any meat now from there. If was more organised would have this every week. Would like the opportunity to swap things out sometimes but not a deal breaker

Brilliant service from Sykes House Farm. We ordered the Capon for a family of 12, followed slow roasting instructions and have never had such succulent meat. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and are just about at the end of it today. The dogs have never had so many treats too. It would have fed 20 easily! Will definitely order again. The driver was lovely and so polite, we were the last drop on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Ordered online for delivery on Friday 18th November, for some reason the delivery company could not deliver the parcel, I suspect it was probably damaged in transit. I contacted Sykes House Farm Customer Services who offered a full refund or to resend the order again, as we were having a dinner party the next day I asked if I could pick up the order from the shop Saturday morning. Arrived at the shop and the order was picked and packed by the helpful Butcher, I also purchased some additional meat that was on display. A very kind lady (I can't remember her name) even offered to make me a drink while I was waiting. All the staff I meet were very polite and friendly. The Lamb we cooked was excellent. A discount code to use for my next online order was emailed to me, thank you Vicky. Customer Service at it's best.
