Alex is a great teacher! She amends the class for all abilities & pregnancy. I really struggled to find a good bump pilates class & I haven’t looked back since joining! I look forward to it every week :)

Alex’s Pilates classes are the best! I was a complete beginner when I first arrived, but Alex’s knowledge and fun, friendly teaching style made me feel right at home! I now go every week and feel I have improved massively. I love how each class is slightly different, and I always leave feeling stronger, healthier and happier (and maybe a bit achey in the morning!) Thank you Alex.

Alex is fantastic! This has been the best reintroduction to Pilates since giving birth and continues to be challenging because of Alex’s ability to give alternative exercises for individual needs. Such a great atmosphere - not to mention the coffee, cake and chats afterwards. We look forward to this class each week. The best around!

I can't recommend Alex's pilates enough! I've been doing it now for over a year mainly because I suffered really badly with PGP in my first pregnancy. I've been doing their pilates every week since and so pleased to say I've had no PGP with baby number 2! Not only that but my abs are so much stronger and my diastasis has resolved. I believe both of these are because of the pilates and am so grateful. Alex is so lovely and down to earth. She makes every session fun and varied and involves everyone in the class. They adapt each class for bumps" and provide different exercise options for all needs."

I have been training with Alex for a number of years now. As well as being extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pregnancy fitness, she is also great post pregnancy for helping me slowly get back into a fitness program especially as I had mild diastasis recti. Alex is fun and constantly adapts the workouts so that they never become boring. She is a mother herself so understands the time constraints mums have the stress women's bodies go through in motherhood. I would recommend Alex to everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes who just want to shake up their workouts.

I do the 'Mumma and Me' Pilates class. It's such a fun, relaxed, lovely class!Alex puts you at ease, and demonstrates different difficulty options to cater to all abilities, including baby bump options!There are toys in the middle for the bubbas and toddlers to play with.To top it off, Alex brings in homemade goodies! And after the session, all the mummies have a cuppa and chat! The babies have a lovely time too.
