Very well organised however due to covid can be very long queues at peak times and would have been better doing a booking system like Darlingron, but good that they are implementing goverment guidelines.

Great experience (as far as visiting the tip goes)… ended up here after being very unimpressed with the service at the waste recycling centre near Tindale.The lads here were brilliant - helpful, informative, recognised a decent car and most importantly… not John Jobsworth…

Brilliant experience (as far as visiting the tip goes) and couldn't fault anything! The staff were bright, cheery, helpful and amazing to deal with. Can't thank them enough for the help removing my item from the car this morning - thank you!!!

Important services like this don't get enough recognition. Refuse centres are much of a muchness but what sets them apart are the staff. The helpful and gregarious nature of the folks who work here is brilliant. Nothing but positive things to say about this site. Keep up the great service!

Great experience whilst conducting work in my garden. I had lots of earth and clay to dispose of. The young gentleman I dealt with in the first few visits was informative, directed me to the locations of each skip for the necessary waste and assisted with the unloading. Whilst providing some conversation to pass the time.Thanks.
