poor customer service when trying to arrange a valuation. I had to chase them and eventually gave up and went to another local estate agent who were very responsive. I should have read the reviews first as I can see other people have had problems as well.

We have recently used Abode lettings for a house sale and from start to finish the whole team have been excellent. From asking to put the house on the market to it being marketed and sold it took just 10 day's! Everything was so quick and prompt. Communication and updates were excellent and they were there to answer any questions and give reassurance all the way. I would highlighy recommend and would'nt hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to all the team and for making such a stressful time so easy.

We recently used ABODE to come out and value our property, I called up on Monday morning and spoke to a lovely lady who was very professional, helpful and someone was at our property the following day. The visit went really well, the lady explained everything in detail and was so helpful. From start to finish the whole experience could not be faulted and I would highly recommend this company to anyone, I will definitely be using in the future 5 ⭐️

ABODE acted on both my sale and purchase. The process from start to finish was completely stress free! They arranged block viewings on my property which were carried out by themselves, before I knew it I had multiple offers which enabled me to secure an offer on the property I had dreamed of. My wife was working abroad at the time and I required a cleaner and gardener to assist in the move which again they recommended which took the pressure away from myself. I cannot fault the first class service I received from this agent and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Had the worst experience with this company with both my sale and purchase.The director, Lucy Watson comes across lovely but is incredibly dishonest. Had to complain on a number of occasions about the service we were receiving but just met with excuses, blaming others, defensiveness, and more lies.Even on completion day, when we thought our trauma with them was over, Abode gave us the wrong house key at 4pm!Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!Currently taking my complaint to the property ombudsman.

Amazing experience with Abode. From start to finish very happy with the service. Adam is a huge asset to the company, his valuation and the marketing meant we sold our property quickly and above the asking price.

Called looking for properties to purchase in the area and spoke to a seemingly helpful lady who promised an email and callback next day to arrange viewings on one which they were due to market for sale.No calls were returned and My 3 follow up calls and subsequent voicemails were ignored.My firm was in the process of purchasing 7 residential properties in wn2-wn5 and have of completed on 2 more in wn8 and require the services of a competent and reliable Lettings agents for the 9 properties.On the back of this I really wouldn’t recommend this firm and wouldn’t want our paying tenants to experience such poor service

If I could give Adobe more than a 5!I would they went above and beyond to assist me with in the sale of my property! The expertise efficiency and experience are astounding they got my sale done and dusted within the time frame we had. I would enthusiastically recommend these to assist you in any aspect of property!
