Coming from a professional fitness background of over 15 years I know what makes a good class, I was nervous joining up initially as my speciality lies in weight training so I'm relatively unfit and very inflexible. However from day 1 the classes have been challenging, enjoyable, inclusive and engaging. We cover a plethora of skills and James always ensures everyone is comfortable and doing well. There are people like myself who have just joined and people who have done the sport for 12 years in the same class and literally everyone is included and paired up well and learns from each other. I can't speak highly enough of James as an instructor also.
