North Hills Farm

You won’t be disappointed at the new VIP reindeer experience at North Hills Farm. Me and my family got the chance to experience it before opening and it was every bit as magical as we imagined. My son loved every bit of it, wondering through the enchanted forest, toasting marshmallows on the fire, delicious hot chocolate and an amazing experience feeding the beautiful reindeers. We’ll definitely be going back closer to Christmas to feel all christmassy again. What an amazing place to have on our doorstep!

Been here a couple of times now and really enjoy the festive spirit amongst the Christmas Reindeer. The fully loaded hot chocolate is a real treat and with a log burner keeping us warm it was a lovely to stop here a while and chill out. Plenty of quality Christmas trees for sale and a festive shop to browse while wearing a face covering due to indoor covid rules. A nice cheerful place to come and visit for all ages.

What an amazing place and staff this was our first time there and we are definitely going to be coming back and we will be making it our new Christmas tradition, every penny we spent was well worth it we went in the shop, we had hot chocolate, roasted marshmallows, bought a tree ,and fed the reindeer and learned so much about the reindeer from the guy in there he was great all that and it still didn’t cost the earth happy family the whole time we were there is priceless so thank you all for an amazing evening

It was the first time we attended and had paid for the reindeer meet and greet. I would highly recommend, this is a family run business, not over commercialised, they are extremely knowledgable and clearly care alot about their herd. I really enjoyed the up close and personal experience and we weren't rushed at all had lots of opportunity to take photos and the hot chocolate was amazing will definitely be going next year thank you so much

The children loved meeting the reindeer and feeding them. They had soft furry noses and were very gentle. The staff were welcoming and happy answering questions about Antlers. Was nice having a hot drink and sitting on haybales. Will definitely return.

We haven't been for a couple of years. It has a very different feel to it now. It's gone very commercial and expensive. We simply went for a 20 minute visit to see the reindeer. There's an extra barrier and it seems like we weren't very welcome because it's all set up for the VIP" experience. Was quite awkward to stand and look at the reindeer without looking like we were in the queue."

You won’t be disappointed, what an extra experience feeding the reindeer. Staff are very knowledge and you didn’t feel rushed plenty of space! Got to say we had one of the best hot chocolates with the works which is not over priced!!!Plenty of areas to sit around the fire and get warm! The enchanted forest trail to find the elves was fab my daughter loved this! The only thing missing was hot food like wood fired pizza or jacket potatoes just something simple as we would have stayed longer if we could get our tea there!
