Brilliant service. Took car for a full service. Had a few issues with my car and was expecting to have to booked back in to have them fixed, but they fixed them the same day. Kept me updated. Not badly priced. Overall, amazing service.

Received a phone call from my distraught daughter telling me her car Hyundai IX35 was completely broken and would cost well over a thousand pounds to repair. She was dealing with Andrew the service manager in Staceys Motors. Andrew, not only explained to me the issues with car but also calmed my daughter down explaining he would do all he could to ensure a complete repair at the best price he could. The following day i went in to have a look at the car myself where the issues were fully explained to me and shown to me by a mechanic under the guidance of Andrew. From the start i had faith in Andrew and believed he would not rip us off with regards to the repair cost. This was refreshing as last time i dealt with main dealers my daughter was well and truly seen off by Rowcliffes Vauxhall in Bridgwater. Anyway after a couple of weeks and plenty of communication from Andrew(i did not have to chase them up once) the car was repaired to a high standard for a far more reasonable cost than first expected.Thank you to Andrew and the team at Stacys, not only for the repair but the compassion he showed my daughter in her hour of need.

Annual service completed for a reasonable cost. Wheels swapped round and sat nav updated for no extra cost.

James who is one of the sales people at Stacey’s has a wonderful, friendly approach and we were extremely satisfied with the way in which we bought our new car and sold our old one.

Exceptionally pleased with the whole experience and my new car.

Excellent garage with extremely helpful staff, we actually ended up buying a used car from them.The guy, Tim bent over backwards to help my elderly mother through the purchase process including extensive road testing of the new car.Totally recommend based on the care and attention of the staff.

Excellent service as always by Staceys Motors. My car was serviced, MoT'd and repaired as needed; so I was able to drive away knowing my car was safe and road worthy. I trust Staceys engineers to look after my car and they always do. Having the car cleaned is an added bonus. Thank you.
