Shutters Direct Liverpool

Have contacted this company so many times they are one my Christmas list only wanted them to amend my front room shutters because they were wrongly size and fitted badly been waiting 3 years sick of phoning paid a lot of money for entire house to be fitted to be fobbed off every time . Wait again then when some hillbilly fitter came to my home at 19.00pm not to mention I had been waiting since 08.00am promise a phone call an hour before NO then when I opened my door I told the hillbilly I have been waiting all day .His reply was well if you have that attitude am getting back in my van , I said no you are not wasting my time I was so angry with the whole attitude, I told him to look and this cowboy told me there was nothing wrong with them I told to come and look at my neighbours who has the same bay window as myself .With this he went back and said I was drunk PLEASE annoyed the word I would of used , waited again then another 3 weeks phoned no help again ,seen CAD they told me to phone and tell them to take the faulty product out request a new more well fitted one if they do not do this they are in breach of contract then go to a solicitor and sue company for entire amount plus costs free of charge No Win No Fee because it is over a large amount less would be small claims court Do Not Use This Company also found out their company is using a trade name with Company house for UK Shutters Direct that is based in Wakefield West Yorkshire which has nothing to do with this company as I did call and they confirmed this .

Do not use.Fixed Ill fitting blinds and have not been back in four months to fix them. Broken promises and now dodging my calls. This company is a joke
