10 stars! Staff are really polite, helpful, and always there if you need help. The lady on the fragrances/ colognes counter was excellent today, also the lady where the medical stuff was.too. I love to go to Superdrug as I know its a super shop,.

Excellent customer service today at the perfume counter. I was made to feel welcomed and staff were very helpful. Big thanks to the lady who helped me choose a perfume for my daughter.

Went for travel jabs and the service couldn’t have been better. I am not the biggest fan of needles but the nurse Helen Ellis comforted me and made me feel much more relaxed, such a lovely woman and also gave me lots of information and advice ahead of my travels! Excellent service.
