Shambolic organisation. Use technology that's not fit for purpose. Shame, because the tutors are good and helped my child. Customer service is a genuine disgrace. I'd think very carefully about using them. Their teams never call or reply when they say they will.

My daughter is making great progress with her Maths because of GoStudent. Her tutor, Kara, has created fun lessons to help build her confidence while learning at the same time.I would definitely recommend GoStudent

It feels like a scam, I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company for 2 days now. They keeps advising me to do different things expect refund me the money that they have taken. My son stopped tuition on the 11th of June as I requested to cancel to a customer service representative called Alice. However, they have taken money for the whole month of June. When emailing her back she explained I never requested cancellation even when I sent her a screenshot of the email sent to her on the 11th of June. I reached out to the tutor and they tell me to contact gostudent. GoStudent whatsapp- they directed me to Art and Vachos (both names seems made up!) and they told “they will be with me shortly” and this was yesterday. I waited today and I messaged again. NO RESPONSE!! I completed the cancellation form, I don’t understand why I have to be contacted after I have completed a WHOLE CANCELLATION FORM! PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! If you ask the tutor he will explain that my son hasn’t studied with him since 11th of JUNE when I explained to him, he will no longer be taking tuition! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE & GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!! Good at the beginning and very accommodating but when you want to leave, it’s IMPOSSIBLE. POOR COMMUNICATION INFACT, NO COMMUNICATION WHEN YOU WANT TO LEAVE. IT’s a TRAP!

I booked my son for Python classes on Sundays for 6 months and paid the money. I started my communication with Tim. At first, Tim had a very good communication, gave us a free trial session. My son liked the tutor. Tim introduced me and my son to the tutor and created WhatsApp group. He added the tutor Aldo, manager Jill and two customer service members. After sometime, Tim left the group. I tried calling him several times and left voicemail, but no response. Tutor Aldo was good in the first few sessions and then suddenly started cancelling and postponing the sessions. And suddenly one day (Saturday - 3rd July 2021) I receive a WhatsApp message from tutor Aldo that he is leaving Gostudent and cannot take the next day session. He texted at 3:40 am. Is this professionalism? And on Friday (2nd July 2021) Jill removes the customer service members from the group. I tried calling Jill many times but she never responded. I contacted customer service and they arranged a call with the manager Jill at 2:00 pm on Tuesday (6th July 2021) but she never called. I tried calling all the possible numbers but no one answers or call back. It’s a fake company who takes full amount and do not deliver the service. Don’t waste your money.

We were extremely worried about the gap in learning for our year 2 child during the pandemic. She had taken a huge knock in confidence and needed focused one to one attention to help bring her confidence back up.After initial contact I spend a good hour on the phone with Ross who was absolutely brilliant. He wanted to know everything about our daughter so we could find the perfect tutor. We were matched with Megan O’Brien who could not have been more perfect for our needs.She has made sessions engaging and fun and we can see such a difference in our daughter’s confidence and ability. Communication is excellent with sessional feedback and learning resources provided for printing. We are so much happier knowing we have Megan there twice a week to support her school learning.Since starting with Go Student and Megan, our daughter has gone from coming home upset and worried about her school day to bouncing out of school happy and with no complaints.Her confidence is back, and her general well being is clearly hugely improved.Can’t recommend this service enough.

Excellent communication from the organisation to the pupil and parents.. A most impressive and professional set up.. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and passion displayed by all involved. As for value its still early days as value can only be determined by future results and progress. First impressions though are of an excellent and efficient operation and I would certainly expect to see Go student going from strength to strength and delivering good results.

I loved my tutor BUT.. I was not able to call anyone about my contract expiration and is silently taking money out of my account when I cannot afford it. THIS IS SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS

My daughter asked for a tutor so she could keep-up with her twin brother at school in maths.She sees Kara twice a week, never moans about it & I hear laughing & lots of fun happening when they’re working together. Her teachers have also reported a marked improvement in her maths at parent’s evening. Sofia is also now fluent in her timetables & asks to be tested all the time.The best thing about the last three months of tutoring Sofia has had, is the massive boost to her confidence; she’s really blossoming.

So pleased with my daughter’s tutoring sessions with Beth. Right from the start they really clicked and Beth’s calm, easy-going manner has really helped my daughter to understand the topics covered and given her the confidence to ask questions. I would highly recommend her as a tutor and GoStudent as a company for their organisation, professionalism and easy communication.

Tutor Olivia is fantastic with our little boy, she is so positive and encouraging and he really looks forward to the lessons. The one to one element is suiting him really well. We can see he gets more confident every time, thank you Olivia!
