Saw the car on Autotrader. Rang the garage & spoke to Helen who was very helpful & positive.She held the car until we drove over about 2 hours later.Despite being in a maze of industrial units the sat-nav got us straight to the door.The car was exactly as described. No problem with taking it for a test drive on the trade plates. We thought it was a good price and decided to buy it.All the paperwork was handled quickly & efficiently by Helen whilst Darren made an excellent cup of tea.Offered an insurance based 12 month warranty thrown in which we took.One of the easiest and best experiences we've had of changing our car.Will definitely try here first when we next need a car.A pity we're 60 miles away, or we'd bring the car back for all it's servicing.

Fabulous garage and people. Couldn't have been more friendly and got the job done! Nissan Juke with no power and no attempt to try expensive options first, sorted within 20 minutes. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Took my vauxhall Corsa to medal motors today.The owner on arrival was so helpful and polite.Although it was a tricky fixture and my car did not have the correct equipment to take my wheel of for its wheel bearing repair, he sorted it so swiftly and didn’t charge any more for this service.I am so pleased to get my car back fixed and safe ready to go.Thank you medal motors that was a great repair and I hope every success in the future with your 5 star very repeatable company.Which was kindly proposed to me by another garage near by.I definitely recommend medal motors if you are looking for a great service with affordable pricing.
