Ottoman bed assembly - Fantastic service. Polite, tidy and done within the hour. It would have taken us hours to complete. Very happy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Delivery on the date as discussed, the driver phoned me an hour and half before delievery, this was great as I was still at work and could just pop home. The delivery man was very hands on and helped take my delivery of a 3 piece -cot, wardrobe, baby dresser all the way to the 3rd floor (lots of steps) and he was still smiling at the end.

One of the boxes has arrived with damage, including to the contents. I have already informed Silver Cross customer services.

Initially I thought the install had been good but on closer inspection there were mistakes and a number of screws not screwed in and there was damage to the product.

Delivery was as promised. We were contacted to agree a delivery date and from that point we were kept up to date via text, Firstly on the delivery day, then on time slot either am or pm. We were finally rung an hour before to say that they would be there in an hour. When the delivery arrived the delivery men and installers were fantastic. They removed their shoes without being ask. The bed parts were very well wrapped and after stripping it of its wrappings, the men's hands were dusty so they very politely asked if they could use our bathroom to wash their hands before starting to assemble the bed. They were overall quick, efficient and extremely polite and a credit to your company. The bed looks lovely and has been put together well. We would recommend your company. Many thanks.

I want to extend my gratitude for the prompt delivery and assessment of my new bed. The service was truly exceptional, characterised by its swiftness and punctuality. Furthermore, they kept me informed about their arrival, and I was impressed by their thoroughness in disposing of all the packaging materials, leaving the area impeccably clean.

The two men that delivered and built my kingsize ottoman bed, were very experienced with good manners.They were able to put the bed together in a fraction of the time, it would have taken myself and a helper. Very pleased and well worth the extra.

Excellent service, really appreciated all the updates on delivery schedule and the team who delivered the goods phoned to give 30 minutes notice and left the goods safe and secure where requested.
