This wasn’t a normal sale as the buyers moved into the property as tenants whilst waiting for exchange and completion. This could have been stressful for all involved but the team at Hewitt Adams were very helpful to both parties and all went smoothly.

We had three local agents to value our property pretty much the same valuations however Ben from Hewitt Adams stood out as highly professional.We found our property was listed to a very high standard a sale was agreed within a short time frame.Throughout the ongoing sale process we found the level of support, communication from the team at Hewitt Adams outstanding.Having bought and sold a number of properties over the years this by far this has been the best experience we have encountered. No other agent on the Wirral that I would ever use. We’ve always bought and sold with Hewitt Adams and they set an unbelievably high standard. We sold our house twice with the support of Hewitt Adams! The first time with conventional viewings and we received offers in just a few days but were then unable to find our dream house to move to. On the second occasion, over a year later, Ben Adams advised us to host an open day for 14 viewings and we sold it immediately in a day with competing offers. One of the key reasons for this was we left our house in the safe hands of John from Hewitt Adams who was an outstanding host and guide. He also provided excellent advice about which offer we should consider accepting, which wasn’t the highest value but the most flexible, and this proved to be brilliant advice as this was just the start! We found our next house but the owners wished to remain in it until they emigrated almost a year later. This created numerous challenges but Liz, the progression manager at Hewitt Adams, was exceptional. She worked tirelessly, in evenings and at weekends to keep the chain intact. Our solicitor described the chain as ‘the worst she had ever experienced’ and yet through Liz’s work, in partnership with Jamie from the Constables estate agency, they managed to pull it though. We were then amazed to receive a congratulatory message that evening from Ben Adams who had been following events from his honeymoon in Thailand. What amazing service from the entire team.

Having bought our house with Hewitt Adams, we are so pleased we decided to use them for the sale of our other property. Our purchase was not as straight forward as we would have liked and at times was complex but the attitude of everyone, especially Liz, was fantastic.
