Initially called in to the Redruth branch and found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly which immediately inspired confidence. This was followed up by a visit from the surveyor and ultimately followed by the installation of our new front door which was carried out by Russel and Euan in a very professional and friendly manner. Thank you to them and to all at Camel Glass for their efficiency ,help and for keeping us informed on every step along the way.

The experience of having replacement windows fitted to our old house has been pleasant and stress-free from start to finish. From sales and survey through to fitting and final finishing - everyone we have dealt with has been professional and helpful throughout. Most importantly, we are over the moon with our new windows. We ordered aluminium bi-fold patio doors to replace some rotten wooden patio doors. We were a bit worried about the aluminium looking a bit industrial and out of place with the other wooden windows of the house but it blends seamlessly. The quality is incredible and the colour matches. The doors were fitted by a team of Leigh, Cristian and Koral, who were very efficient and had incredible attention to detail. As well as fantastic service it was a pleasure to have such a friendly team in the house.

Cobi and Ryan fitted my new composite door today and I couldn’t have had two nicer boys. They were friendly, polite and very competent. The door looks lovely and I can’t fault the installation. Care and attention to detail were first class and everything was left clean and tidy.

Craig and Stuart did an amazing job of replacing an old PVC door and window. We are really pleased with how it now looks. They were efficient, tidy and very professional, they certainly know their trade and how to get around tricky, wonky walls in our old property. I can highly recommend.

Martin and Koral fitted a replacement composite front door to our property yesterday. The were on time, helpful, careful and explained what they were doing at every step. The installation of the new door was of excellent quality and no mess resulted from the work - our hallway was completely clean after they had finished. Both Camel Glass employees were pleasant, friendly and courteous. This exceeded even the very high standards of after sales care we have received from Camel over the years. Its important to look beyond the installation to the quality of the service back up that a company provides and we have always found Camel to be excellent in this respect.

We recently had some new patio doors and a new front door plus a bedroom window fitted by Ryan and Dave. They arrived on time and after being shown where the new units were to be fitted got all their dust sheets laid out and got every old unit out and the new units fitted to a very high standard. We are very happy with the way they tided up and left everything as they found it. We would highly recommend Camel Glass to anyone and their staff were very friendly all day
