Excellent Estate Agents, best I've ever dealt with. They have been professional, honest and hard working. The team seem really friendly and Emily who has been dealing with my property has delivered on everything she's said. There is no over hyping she had exceeded what she promised her quote was spot on and what she said would happen was bettered. I like that I can feel safe in the knowledge that if they say they will do something they do it. I highly recommend Andrews of Tewkesbury and no I'm not on their payroll.

The most professional estate agents that we have ever dealt with, and they were representing the property that we were unsuccessful in purchasing!!From the time we first viewed the property with Josh, and then Tom it was also easy to communicate, calls were returned, emails answered and everything was done to try and ensure a successful outcome.Special mention must go to Alex for her amazing effort in trying to ensure completion. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, but we could not fault this team in any way and hopefully will get the opportunity to deal with them again.

Abysmal service after trialling them for a year with managing a property in Tewkesbury. Terrible communication, staff disappearing and no replies for weeks, inefficient processes, unclear financial statements and methods of working, repeatedly opening the branch late on days when keys were required urgently. I even wrote a lengthy complaint to which I received no response. And finally, when we terminated the contract with them they chased the tenant that they no longer managed for payment and told us they hadn't paid! Unbelievable incompetence and inefficiency. Very disappointing.

Very professional service. Arranged viewings with us to fit our schedule and multiple addresses together. Tom and Stefan were very knowledgeable on the properties they had available and were able to recommend properties based on our needs. They also put us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Although we did not buy a property through Andrews, we are still using the mortgage advisor to purchase a property. The advice we have received had been very useful and moving forwards fees there are very reasonable. I would recommend Andrews.
