Hi, I am the customer from yesterday (30-12-21) at 3:30pm I had my eyelashes done with Georgia upstairs in your salon- my mum who paid for them for me (£60) also has commented. Georgia has refused to refund and rectify my issue with the lashes. I have no resort now but to contact trading standards for this business I am very dissatisfied

I very disappointed with this salon how they treated my daughter, I treated her to have her eye lashes done, in which the work was very poor and cost me £60 , she asked for Russian lashes this what she got. She refuse to refund and rectify the problem, that leaves me no choice ,I will be contacting trading standards and legal advice about this.This is correct business as I live 5 mins away.
