Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
Our bunnies really enjoyed staying with Rachael and came home happy and settled when we were away on holiday for a week. She was great in sending video updates of all three rabbits, even letting them out to run in the outdoor pens when it wasn't raining which they would have loved. I'm sure the bunnies can't wait for us to go on holiday again so that they can go back to Rachael's :D

We were due to board our guinea pigs and rabbits here in September, sadly one by one the were put to sleep in the time we booked until now, we donated the majority of our equipment and a hutch.Rachel and Andrew are a lovely couple who are committed to providing passionate professional care for wee pets while yo are away.

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
Well what can I say....what a nice person Rachael is. She has a love for animals and lots of knowledge.I boarded my tortoise for 8days at Broom farm and I was a bit worried as I have never done this before. However, I had nothing to worry about. Rachael sent me videos of my tortoise and the vivarium was lovely that she was staying in. She will accommodate your pets needs. I would highly recommend boarding your pet with Rachael. . I will definately be boarding my tortoise scooby with her again I trust her 100%Thank you Rachael.... Karen and Scooby xx

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
We had our two guinea pigs stay with Rachael over two weeks - she was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her approach throughout. Rachael also met their dietary and medical needs without any issues, and gave us regular updates on how they were getting on. Couldn’t recommend more if you have smaller pets and exotics and will definitely be using again!

Rachael is a lovely lady and it was very easy to trust her to look after a well loved pet. She sent us updates and even videos of our beardie. No wonder she is so busy and booked up. We will definitely be booking with her again.

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
Rachael went above and beyond from the very start, talking me through the booking process and helping me find her small animal retreat. She send regular video updates of our pets, and they came home extremely healthy, happy, well fed and a beautifully clean cage. She was extremely accommodating with collecting our pets out of hours too. Rachael clearly has a wealth of experience and loves the animals in her care so well. Plus she’s so friendly and will do anything she can to help you get away on your holidays and know your pets are going to be well cared for! We don’t want our pets cared for by anyone else now! No wonder she gets booked up!

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
Rachael was absolutely wonderful taking fantastic care of our corn snake. She was very flexible about extending the care when lockdown happened and then we had various issues at our end that meant us needing to leave our snake with Rachael for weeks longer than originally planned. Rachael was really lovely about it and kept us well updated with WhatsApp messages and videos. Couldn't be happier with the level of care. Highly recommend :)

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
Rachael was fantastic with our bunny Bear, sending us update photos and giving him loads of cuddles. We definitely recommend Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat and will be rebooking for our long holidays again in the future. P.S. Our bunny came home super relaxed and happy so we imagine he had an amazing time at bunny boarding. Thanks Rachael!

Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat
We left our wee rabbit first time and for so long time - almost 2 weeks. When we were taking him back he looked happy there and healthy. Speaking to Rachael was very polite and we could feel that we leaving him in good hands . Will be leaving him there for sure with our next holidyas. Well recomended!! Greetings from Bax!

Rachael is amazing and you really feel your animals are being looked after. Communication is brilliant and I have booked my guinea pigs and budgie here many times
