Great place with helpful, cheerful staff and excellent service. Can't beat it!

Impressive stock holding and power to supply fast at very competitive prices. Unfortunately it's one of those trade businesses where you need to put on an act in order to be taken seriously, otherwise they can be extremely condescending (like the Dom Joly hidden camera sketch in a builders merchant). They will judge a potential customer entirely on face value. Stepping into the trade counter, the atmosphere, and attitude, feels like being transported back to the 1980's, the only giveaway that it's not being the presence of numerous PCs. The consequence of this means I will only buy from them as an absolute last resort. It's clear the company has grown considerably over the last few years and maybe this has imbued a level of complacency - very dangerous.

Tremendous service in successfully supplying parts for a 1974 Rover 2200TC. Never thought they would be able to supply parts for my 47 year old car. Well done.
