Severn Trent were oh so slow but when I contacted Watertight, Tom was really helpful giving me advice on what to do once Severn Trent had come out to detect the leak - only interested in the public area though. It transpired the leak was on my side so my responsibility. Tom at Watertight was very understanding and encouraging. Although the company were unable to fit in repairs they came out & detected the leak for me. Adam who came was also very helpful and I heeded his advice. Altogether a great company and advice helped calm me to some extent. Such good advice too - thank you Tom & Adam in particular.
