I’m being told a package is being held for me. Don’t understand why they don’t just leave it in a safe place. That’s two days now they tried delivering while I am at work.Take the hint, I’m at work, so leave it in a safe place. Now I’m late getting my delivery.

Information on here is incorrect. Whilst it states open until 2pm it is only open until 10am. A two hour window is not practical. The app also seems to be broken as when you request a Saturday delivery (as most people are working during the week, hence why they can pay for the things to be delivered in the first place) delivery is still attempted the next working day.

Pathetic and rude. Haven't got a clue despite Amazon trying to deal with them on returns. A corner shop is more efficient and has more common sense. Who hands over £200 worth of stuff with no proof of postage. Ridiculous

Opens 8am - 2pm…really great for people who work. I have repeatedly asked for things to be left in my “safe place” but as always, they never do.

Unhelpful and incompetent staff. Was told to come back the next day in the afternoon and then was told managers aren’t in anymore. Staff didn’t even tried to help with missing parcel, was told to check and call the phone number on the wall behind me. A corner shop is more competent.

Staff have always been polite. Treat them with respect and a smile and you'll get a genuine return. Sometimes have to wait a while if 3, 4 or more people queuing and the space inside is very limited, especially if you have a buggy, etc.
