I met with Alex for a viewing and he was very informative and helpful. I got all the information I needed from the accommodation and had a lovely tour. He gave great customer service and was very nice and friendly.

The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in ! I do not recommend. I pay a lot of money to stay here but it seems I have have to ration my hot water. I have reported this problem multiple times however nothing ever gets dealt with. It’s a luxury to have running hot water in this place despite my entire loan going towards what I have to pay to stay here.

Often has water pressure issues that affect entire blocks at a time and a lack of cleanliness throughout the building. Very overpriced for what it is, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I used two of their apartments throughout my post graduate studies and it was a nice experience, friendly staff that were always willing to help.

It is very bad not worth the money you pay, in the website it say there’s someone in the building for the 247 put it is the opposite no is there to collect the post or the parcel all post are in the floor.Honestly, I if you are going to pay this amount this money you can find better places then this this is my a advice.Thank you United you are not honest with the service that you say you provide for in accommodation!!

Absolutely shocking the people here have zero respect on the 3rd floor they shout all night and give u dirty looks for walking past not worth the money you'd think for 5 grand i wouldn't have to listen to people all night when i have to attend university the next day

Definitely not worth the money you’re paying, mould infested kitchen and bathrooms they don’t deal with, washing machines are always broken, there rarely is anyone on reception. Noise complaints aren’t dealt with. The only reason I gave it two stars was due to the location, but even then it’s in a very rough area of Sheffield.

Avoid at all costs if possible. Too expensive for what it is, and no social scene- would recommend elements or forge. Appliances broken a lot and never anyone on reception even when it's meant to be open.

Used to be great (last year). Now APPALLING! Many broken items in the flats, impossible to get them fixed. Noise complaint at 2AM? Report on the app and wait for nothing to happen! Broken fridge? Report and watch nothing happen. Speak to reception about it and they just laugh, literally. Not like you're paying £110+ per week for all of this.... such a shame as last year was so much better. My advice - look elsewhere!
