We bought a bmw 1 series from this dealership, and Sergiu helped us secure the vehicle, great customer service and professional, he was very thorough with explaining every details regarding the car.

Spent 3 days calling to arrange an appointment but failed to get through. Received an email regarding the car I wanted to view & arranged time and date. Pulled up outside the gated business and called to get let in and received no answer, waited 15 minutes before being let in to find out the car we came to view has got a dead battery & we couldn’t test drive. The silver car had been touched up with grey paint. Car clearly not been looked after. Drove 2 hours and paid £6 in dart charge + costs of fuel on our day off to view a car that wasn’t ready for sale and hadn’t been looked after. Wouldn’t advise purchasing from this business, extremely hard to get hold of and their phone numbers don’t work.
