The lady at the front desk was very nice, I had my MOT done here before and the charge was quite reasonable. The last few days I have had a harsh sound coming from my car and after diagnosing ithere I was told my car was a radio problem and there was no charge. Many thanks. (As a foreignstudent, my English is not good, but I can still feel their patient service)Have a good Christmas too！

So grateful for this garage, who helped me when my cars exhaust needed a quick repair, it was hanging off and I was an hour away from home!! Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I made it home without the worry. Thank you again.

I have a lease van which was booked in for a mot, anyone who has a lease vehicle knows how difficult lease companies can be, I asked the garage in advance if it could be done first thing as I would of had to transfer tools etc from my van to a hire van.They obliged and got it checked and mot’d before my hire/replacement vehicle had even turned up. I Can’t fault them, highly recommended.

Harborne Garage fit me in last minute when a radiator pipe split in my car and fixed the problem quickly. I came back for a service and MOT later in the year and had a great experience. A very professional but yet friendly set up

I have been having serious problems with my car, keep switching itself off while I’m driving it. When it started happening again my car was sent to Harborne Motors unfortunately they couldn’t do the work because it’s still under warranty and needed to go to the dealership. The lease company wanted me to drive it to the dealership despite the fact that the RAC said it’s not safe to drive and nothing had changed. The team at Harborne Motors very kindly drove it over for me understanding how scared I am of this car. Ann on the front desk is just wonderful her customer service is fantastic! I went to the garage for a flat tire on a Friday afternoon just before the closing of the garage and they managed to change me the tire super quickly! Even it was close to the closing one of the guy did it. He was so kind! I was super happy because I was supposed to go on a weekend with my friends and drive 4h. It would not have been possible without their help! Thanks again a lot you saved us!!

A great job from Harborne Garage, Green Flag dropped me and my car off after it had ground to a halt in Quinton. It was 3pm on a Friday and I didn't think I would find any garage that would take the car in at that time, fearing it would have to be left outside my house until I could find a garage to pick it up after the weekend. Harborne Garage were happy to take it in.They called before close of play on Friday, having performed the diagnostics and gave a quote, and it was ready to pick up on Monday.A great piece of customer service. Great premises, lovely staff who were very helpful and kept me up to date with all work and costs. Took my old Volvo in for an MOT and also asked them to look at my heating which had stopped working. As a starting point they suggested replacing a part, which they did very quickly. Unfortunately it did not resolve the issue, but they did not charge for the new part and reduced the labour cost, which was absolutely brilliant. They have also suggested another route to tackle the problem so its not a dead end . Definitely recommend using them!

I called in a panic looking for a garage that could help me, as my bonnet would not close and I needed to drive to London that day. They kindly invited me in straight away to see what they could do, and fixed my problem in a pinch. I absolutely will be a returning customer, everyone was really friendly and knowledgable.

Very professional and trustworthy mechanic. Although slightly more expensive than you might get somewhere else in Birmingham, you get what you pay for. If you want a mechanic that's knowledgeable, won't mess you around or rip you off or claim to do work that's not been done - I recommend here.
