Crescent Road Post Office

Worst post office I've ever been to. Went there twice in 3 days. On the first occasion, the bearded man that was sat on the counter was snappy and rude, despite me trying to be friendly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I thought he was simply having a bad day and didn't think too much of it. The second time i went in, the lady who was serving had such a rude attitude, sighing as if providing me with some extra tape for my label was the hardest thing she'd ever been asked to do. No manners and quite simply bone idle. Eventhough it's a little further away, you're better off going up market street or George street cos these idiots are beyond ill mannered. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. Just yesterday, one of the staff who was working their was serving me and I had two jobs. Sending a letter and checking if the parcel arrived for me. Randomly out of nowhere she denied to check if I had a parcel in the back from Adidas. Her reason was because their was a cue behind me so she had to serve them.The thing is, the cue was big for me before I got to the front as well. I had to wait in line for nearly 30 mins and she didn't even do her job correctly. APPALLING! SHOCKING! This place needs to either get shut down or get staff who are not imbeciles!?

Dreadful customer service here. The asian man with the beard (claims he’s the owner of the shop) is very rude and his behaviour is absurd. I went to the post office to pickup a parcel and he started saying why do you always deliver to my post office i should charge you 70p then he was like this is a post office not your house. Me being a customer couldn’t understand what the problem was and so i said that if its a post office i can pick up from a post office. He very bluntly replied with“ listen I don’t need to give it to you, this is my property i have rights, I can return this if I want, what are you going to do about it ( moving the parcel away)”. Accusing me of arguing with him when really i just wanted my parcel I politely said back that if it’s a post office then I should be able to pick up from there.The man threatened to keep my parcels next time if i was to order to his post office again so I wouldn’t choose this delivery location in future. He was making a big issue because the code of the parcel wasn’t scanning and making out as though its my fault saying “look extra work for me”. I wouldn’t recommend using this post office as you’re having to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to be served (That’s if you’re acknowledged and they’re not on the phone to their inbred relatives) and the staff simply do not care. 1 star is being far too generous for this hell hole. Stay away from this horrible place.

SCAMMERS!! If I could give 0stars I would have! Needed to drop a parcel off and so was sent a QR Code. The young lad refused and said I had to print it off. Once printed he said I had to pay for it eventhough he didn't specify that before. It only cost me under 50p but uts the principle. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!

Never had to deal with such rude staff before

The younger guy with the beard started shouting at me and being rude to me because I asked him for his help with a returns label. If he doesn't like helping customers he shouldn't be working there.

Dreadful customer service. The staff are quite rude and dismissive.Come here if you like to queue for ages and be treated rudely (when they can be bothered to acknowledge you).I gave one star simply because the range of things they sell has improved recently.If the staff had any concept of politeness and common decency it would be much higher.

They should have their Post Office license revoked. Went in to collect a parcel which had scanned in as waiting - they refused to check for the item. Left empty handed. They have my parcel! Thieves!
