Avatar Engineers - Residential/Domestic Structural Calculations

Glen has been an excellent contact through a troubled project using detailed knowledge of terraced housing projects to problem solve and work with the designers to create innovative solutions that could have otherwise derailed the whole endeavour.I have no hesitation recommending avatar engineers and was my first call when starting a new project recently.

I believe that feedback should be given also when a great job is done :-)4 weeks ago we completed buying a 50-year-old house. We wanted to remove a supporting wall and a friend recommended Avatar Engineering. When you have this done you want to make sure that engineering is done properly, otherwise it might be unsafe, or the council Building Control might not approve it.Glen from Avatar first came to inspect the wall and house. He was very pleasant and during the visit he was very thorough, investing a lot of time to check everything that might affect the required support, in both ground and 1st floors, walls and ceiling.After that he sent us the required design back very quickly. He was also very available and patient with answering questions regarding the design or the required process with the council and the contractor.Highly recommended!

Good drawings and plans, did what I needed them to and gave new ideas for the renovation as well which was useful
