Absolutely fantastic here. My boyfriend is currently in the process of buying a new car and it has been so quick and painless. The staff are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely love what they're doing and the cars they work with. They've got some absolutely beautiful stock. Don't push you into anything and have very fair prices, definitely recommend.

I finally found the car I wanted on Autotrader, a BMW 640D, but alas it was 275 miles away, so was going to prove difficult to view in person to make a decision, something that I much prefer to do. I had to rely on pictures and conversations about the car with John and Royce. I need not have worried, everything was as described and to be fair the pictures didn't actually do the car the true justice, John also pointed out that it needed two new tyres following a service review which they promptly replaced. It was a very well cared for example. On agreeing to buy the car I explained to John that the only day I would be able to collect would be a Sunday due to my work, which was when they are closed. John worked with me on this and arranged for Royce to come and do the handover. Royce walked me through the car when I arrived which was presented beautifully. There was no pushing to buy any additional products, eg warranty.The car drives beautifully and I couldn't be happier and very pleased I took the plunge to buy it without seeing it. Would definitely buy again from SCC Leeds based on my experience.

John was extremely helpful and accommodating. Throughout the process.Having arranged a courier collection, I felt full confidence in placing a substantial 75% deposit prior to collecting the car, to ensure on the day, no banking limit would delay my courier’s (Richard’s) collection. Based on my experience, I feel you can 100% trust this outfit.Upon Richard’s arrival the car was exactly as advertised and described. They were welcoming, even providing a hot drink. “Great bunch” were Richard’s words. He couldn’t find a single blemish, not a stone chip. On that news, he advised me and I got the remaining balance squared.I felt there were no pressure sales and this firm trade off of their reputation, rather than hard sales. Which is a blessing, that is not shared, industry wide. From start to finish my experience with SCC Leeds has been brilliant. I viewed the car Saturday and picked it up Monday. I dealt with Lukasz who was very professional and friendly, he kept me up to date throughout the entire sales process. Aftercare (post sale) has been brilliant too. Fantastic experience from start to finish Royce was the most friendly and easiest sales person I have ever dealt with in such a pleasant and upmarket environment. The car was impeccably presented even did a none scheduled oil change on the car, its details like that which shows excellent customer care would not hesitate to recommend SCC for buying a car.

I recently purchased my Porsche Cayman 718 from SCC Leeds and I couldn't be happier! The whole process from the initial enquiry to collection was seamless. They were very accommodating as they allowed me to purchase the car when I was ready and did not rush me at any stage of the process.There is no 'hard sell' tactics, they know the cars sell themselves without any pressure. Proper buying experience.Telephoned SCC Leeds regarding a Transit Connect after seeing the advertised pictures and video. I spoke to LUKASZ who informed me on the vehicles condition and history and further advised that the van was getting serviced and a full MOT. I left a deposit. Lukasz called back a few days later to advise me that the van was ready for viewing/purchase. On arrival and inspection I noticed a hairline scratch on the nearside side panel. Lukasz remedied the paintwork himself immediately. The van was very well presented and I drove back to Glasgow well pleased. A big thanks to Lukasz for his patient professional and friendly manner, something lacking in other dealerships. Would not hesitate to use SCC Leeds in the future. Harry

This is the 2nd car we have purchased from SCC the salesmen are lovely very knowledgeable and can't do enough for you. And the cars are top quality. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Royce for making changing my car a doddle. Will definitely be back.

I had high hopes for the team at SCC Leeds, but in the end left disappointed.Originally called and spoke to them at the end of last month, the sales exec explained he was with a customer and would call me back. This took a few days, and I understand - the end of the quarter is always a busy time for dealers.As I'm based nearly 300 miles away I arranged for a family member to view the car on my behalf. I was contacted immediately after to see what my uncle had to say, and I made an offer (3% below asking price) over the phone based on;1. The MOT history showed it had 4 cracked tires, and this was confirmed to be the case on viewing2. Main dealer History is impeccable - but it was confirmed by a main Audi dealer the car is overdue spark plugs3. 600 mile round trip to pick up the carThe offer was rejected immediately as the sales exec advised he had a customer coming later that day to view, and another waiting in the wings to come and see it.Now I want to make it clear I am not leaving a poor review because my 3% offer was refused - SCC Leeds are well within their rights to hold the price at a level they feel the car will sell.SCC Leeds encourage you to connect with them via Whatsapp, and it's how they chose to contact me when arranging the viewing.A week after the initial viewing I reached out to SCC as I could see the car was still available - I wanted to understand more regarding the warranty. This took a few days for them to reply.After which I sent a message to see if any deal could be made on the car, as I was genuinely interested.This has been read, and subsequently ignored.Happy to be told no, but to be ignored is just bad customer service - especially for a brand that professes loving how personal you can be with customers".Hopefully this is a blip for what seemed to be (on the surface at least) a solid and reliable dealer.However in the end
