Worst service ever! So many hidden fees and charges. On top of their thievery, the container arrived 91 days late. Ridiculously slow service for the amount paid. Never making the mistake of using them again!

Unprofessional, I would NOT recommend this service to anyone

will never use this service again, sent my parcel in January we are now in june and it stll hasn't arrived, i pray to God nothing has gone missing. Customer service with them is useless............................Je n'utiliserai plus jamais ce service, j'ai envoyé mon colis en janvier, nous sommes maintenant en juin et il n'est toujours pas arrivé, je prie Dieu que rien ne manque. Le service client avec eux ne sert à rien.

Poor customer service, unable to pick up the call like hardly pick up call, talk in an unprofessional way. Not reliable neither friendly. Needs improvement.
