I really love Seen Opticians, the staff are fantastic: very helpful and friendly. The store has an amazing range of beautiful and unique glasses and the team are excellent at helping you narrow down your favourites until you choose the right pair for you.

I was struggling to find the ‘perfect’ pair of frames for quite some time, so I spoke to Tim on a few occasions in regards to what I wanted, until my last visit where he managed to show me something which had just newly arrived into stock, and that was the one. Tim was great throughout the whole process offering his advice and opinion along the way as I also needed a prescription lens for my frame. Great guy to deal with, as well as the rest of the team at Seen whom I have spoken to on various occasions. Would highly recommend Seen if you’re in the market for anything eyewear related as they stock the best of the best, and the customer/aftercare service is second to none.

Popped in yesterday with my partner to have a look at some frames, the person we spoke with was so helpful, and you can really tell they had a passion for specs, frames and all things glasses, and how each individual person can need different things. Really positive experience. Hoping to get some frames from here!

I discovered Seen approximately 6 years ago. Their ethos in eye care and eye-ware, I believe, is unparalleled. I have worn glasses for over 40 years and my favourite eyewear has only been bought here.Tareq and his team ensure a first class personalised service; not only in eye examinations but also in their constant strive to source and sell unique eyewear.They don't do fashion eyewear that can be bought on the high street. They cater for individuals who want style and value. They offer a range of lenses to suit your budget.No high pressure sales and a relaxed atmosphere ensure each visit is a pleasure.They are experts at what they do and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Just collected my new specs from the guys. Knocked it right out of the park...again. The amount of work and effort put in to find me the perfect frames and lenses was supreme. These guys are literally World Class. The best Opticians I know. I've been wearing glasses since the age of 10, been around the block a bit, but when I found Seen, no need to look any further. That's it. And in my home town. Perfection. Thank you.

Missed the junction for Bury market and decided to go to Manchester. We happened upon Seen and were struck by how cool the glasses were on display. An hour and several coffees later, we were the proud owners of two stunning pairs of eye wear, albeit we had a short wait to collect them.Tim and all the team are great ambassadors for the product and clearly very passionate about it suiting the customer.Tim gave us the confidence to step out of our vision express comfort zone and we are so happy we did. Our specs are bold and sassy and a delight to wear.Highly recommend.

They’re responsive and attentive until they need to process the refund. I returned the item that was defective and never received the refund for the shipping cost. It’s not about that small amount of money but it is the principle and the fact that I returned something not by my choice but because it was sent to me in unacceptable condition so I would expect to be fully refunded for it.I emailed them twice about it - no response.I will not be returning as a customer.
