Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

What a wonderful service we were provided with by Alex (located at the St Albans branch). As soon as we entered, he not only helped bring our vision to life, but his knowledge on everything was phenomenal. He designed our bathrooms and made any tweaks to our designs until it was perfect for us. His communication with you regarding your order and delivery is great. It can be such a stressful process designing a bathroom, however Alex could not have made it more straightforward and easy for us. Thank you Alex, we can not rate you enough!

Alex and Raj were helpful from start to finish. As with every big project, there is always something which goes wrong. All our problems were solved efficiently and with apologies. Our bathroom build has just completed and we are pleased with the result which looks just like the initial design. Would recommend and use again.

Would give a negative 5 review if I could. Sold me a demonstrably defective shower tray and then refused to refund my money. No one should ever use them. VERY poor quality.

Alex and Raj are great in store but other than them I have not been impressed with Easy bathrooms.When we experienced issues with missing parts for our shower Easy bathrooms were unable to deliver a replacement or the missing parts within the week so we had to take it back to store and buy another shower ourselves from Wickes! The radiator was also faulty and leaked as soon as it was installed and filled, customer services have been very unhelpful.We have had to cover the cost to reinstall a faulty radiator which Easy bathrooms accepted was faulty due to how it was produced and it wouldn't have been possible to see the fault until fitted Easy bathrooms would only deliver a replacement and not cover fitting costs.

We visited Easy Bathrooms, St Albans store just to scope out ideas for our total bathroom refit. Alex was so helpful to us. His knowledge of the products is just incredible. We were there for a few hours but Alex talked us through so many options to help us decide. He then designed the bathroom for us. We decided there and then to go ahead and order. He was so helpful advising us on bath sizes and taps, mirror and radiator. So many decisions to make. He knows all the sizes of the products and what goes with what which was great for us. He suggested a tile pattern we hadn’t considered but went with and now the bathroom is complete it is just WOW. Ordering was easy as well as delivery dates to fit in with our builders start date. Alex is an asset to Easy Bathrooms. He has a lovely approach and wants you to have the best bathroom. Thanks for all your help and advice. If you’re in the St Albans area and looking for anything bathroom related we can’t recommend Alex at Easy Bathrooms highly enough.Thanks a million.

We went to a few Bathroom stores and once we arrived at Easy Bathrooms our journey to find the right bathroom had ended. Alex was amazing and went above and beyond to help and advise. Very easy going professional company at good prices . Thank you Alex

I refurbished 3 bathrooms and had the best experience and service dealing with Alex and Raj In easy bathrooms St Albans. Alex is just fantastic. I came in with my sister who bought her bathroom suite from here and ended up buying spotlights for my livingroom!!! Very clean showroom with such a lovely atmosphere

A great all round experience, with Alex and Raj being excellent. a slight glitch when part of the shower enclosure wasn't in the original delivery, but this was soon rectified with no delay for the installers.
