Excellent service at the shop, I was asked what my budget was and then shown suitable carpets within it. The advisor was really helpful offering discounts on products and told me select one and they will see what they can do in terms of price.My house wasn’t ready to be carpeted at the time I went in, due to building works- I was told to just give them a call when I was ready and they would do the fitting.Once I called them, they arranged a fitter straight away to come and fit the carpets. After fitting I was given a courtesy call to ensure that everything had been done to my satisfaction- it was. I was very pleased by the quality of the carpets given the price we had paid. Really good value for money. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend, we have had 3 bedrooms done by xpress carpets and they are really helpful The carpets are good quality. From start to finish nothing is too much: we will be using them again once’s the rest of the rooms are decorated.

Was able to go in store and pick out my carpet the guys in store were very welcoming, they helped with my queries and gave me the best possible price. Delivery was quick also and the work done was to a high standard. Would highly recommend

Just would not recommend. In store, was ignored most the time. Staff just wanted to stay in their office. Once ordered, I waited all day for delivery, as nobody would give me a delivery time or slot. Then much later, was told after they only deliver after 2pm despite me having the school run and errands, had to cancel errands later yet delivery arrived after 6pm despite me requesting it be before that, specifically. I had to help the guy carry in my double mattress from on top of his car, got cat poo on shoes and carpet but couldn't see as it was a pitch black winter evening, the guy knocked over several items off my glass bookcase whilst 'helping' place mattress in room he offered to help with, only to find the mattress wasn't the same design or fabric as the one I'd chosen in store. I had taken pics but was told spec was same. After cleaning and sterilising my floors, I can't say I wasn't disheartened tbh. Why offer and charge for a service that you cannot actually carry out effectively? It caused me a lot of grief on the whole. Won't be returning my custom there again despite initial plans to do so as I'm decorating. Shame, really.

Was very happy with the service, exceptionally fast turn around. Had gone in Friday 5pm to view carpet for a reception room and to order. Gentleman I believe who’s name was Qasar was quite helpful, he quoted us a week to have the carpets cut to size and stitched on the edges as we didn’t want it to be fitted as we had just moved in to a new rental property. As we were there we saw a nice plush rug style carpet which was an off cut and worked out to be just right for the other room. Got the call on Sunday and it was already stitched and ready to pick up. I couldn’t believe the super fast turn around. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

So I paid a good price for my carpet and my lino. When the two men came on a Saturday to fit it one was very professional whilst the other was nosing through my personal things in my bedroom. When they had finished they had refused to tell me they had smashed my vintage mirror which was in my bedroom and the line up of the lino to the bathroom was abit untidy. I did call and speak with one of the managers who had told me he was going to come to my house on the Wednesday and two weeks later still nothing so thought best I just leave a review of my experience with them.

The quality is good , but I'm not happy regarding vinyl fixing as they haven't apply glue under it. Also there was a broken pieces of the flooring and they haven't told us to fix it before applying the vinyl, we thought they might fix them self but instead they put the vinyl over it , and spoiled the vinylI felt I wasted my money . As they should have told us to put few nail before doing the vinyl. Or at least they should put glue under the vinyl not dealing with it as a carpet. Because I have a room done before the vinyl was fixed in proffional way where you don't feel any clicking while walking

Really wonderful experience in buying carpet, Usman the salesman was really laid back and helpful at the same time. Extremely experienced with good customer satisfaction skills. The carpet was value for money and great fitting service, they even took the off cut mess with them. Highly recommend Xpress
