5 stars to Beth the manager for being amazing regarding a complaint I had with a PT. If I could rate a PT with the initials DB I would give a 1 out of 5 as I had a shocking experience and found it happened to a few others. I have ended up being out of pocket due to the situation and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I did. I nearly cancelled my membership all together due to my bad experience with him but thanks to Danny Pickup my new PT I’m super motivated and happy to be training again

Good gym, new bodyweight training rig, gymnastic rings, climbing rope and punch bags are a great addition!Only issue is that you can only access the gym with the app, so if your phone dies, or data runs out and there's no staff you basically can't get in.Thanks to Gaz for showing me around the gym, really friendly staff member!

Nice gym along with a great selection of weights and machines. Good sized lockers and plenty of them to choose from. The gym is clean however the reason i would give this only 4 stars is because of people not re-racking the weights in order (8kg-50kg) and sometimes not re-racked at all. Along with plates (weights) can be all over the place. The gym i went to before had this organised and i think every gym should. Apart from that it's a good gym.The new machines and how it's been laid out recently is nice and some added space so it's not as crowded. Nice new design and feels a bit more modern.

Wife’s Gym. She asked me to write on her behalf.Pretty good for the fees.Easy access from the ring road.Private ladies section.Sauna in the changing room.I like it as well, it’s not a place for flirting !!Set in a industrial area, hence the reason I don’t go.

Huge and extremely well equipped, so glad I moved here from pure gym as it’s much, much better for functional/sport s&c training. Loads of Olympic lifting racks, sled track. My only complaint is the music- don’t like the playlist and it’s too loud so I can fully hear it above my headphones!!

I’ve been a member since they opened and have found this gym chain to be the best value for money around. I’m so glad this is my home gym as the equipment level is excellent and staff are always helpful. After using other chains JD is easily the best.

10/10 gym but the showers are horrendous. In all but one of the showers the water pressure is poor and comes out in small amounts. The sauna door doesn’t work properly as you have to slam it to make it close, I don’t know why because in other jd gyms the sauna door closes correctly without an issue. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only outstanding issue is the showers water pressure.

Excellent. Not been to this one in a long time, but they've improved it dramatically since I was last here. Only problem, I pay to use all the jd gyms but couldn't get entry until someone let me in. Luckily someone was here because it was pre 3am. If you pay for a service you should be able to access it.

Excellent gym, plenty of equipment, also a 24-hour gym.

RECENTLY RENOVATED SUPER GYM.This excellent gym has been open for a while, but now they've renovated it with new machines and equipment and it's a MEGA gym now!They've done away with a Burn Studio and replaced it with an all-new Eleiko Functional Training Rig and Weightlifting Platforms. Gone are all the old cardio machines and brand new Matrix ones installed. They've also added a few new weights machines and redone the exercise studio.The layout is generally the same, you still get nice changing rooms and saunas, but it's now much better equipped for people who like functional training.Oh, and it's now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - so if you're looking for a low cost gym that you can train anytime, this is the place for you.WARNING - on first instance, it's not immediately obvious where to park. There are free parking spaces around the gym and an overflow car-park opposite the entrance. But you have to DRIVE PAST the turn in, and turn left into the overflow building to access the covered car park. If you miss it, you have to drive around again, as it's a one way system.
