Was unable to fix the laptop due to damage to the motherboard and being un-economical. But, he was very polite, gave me details of someone who may be able to microsold. Didn't charge for his time so I went back again when I had another issue and he sorted it perfectly for me!!! 1000% suggest

Fantastic service. After taking my PC to another shop because of freezing issues, and them telling me there was nothing wrong, I sought a second opinion. After reading the reviews, Iain was my next call, and I wasn't disappointed. He was professional and kept me informed via text of the progress of the repair. My freezing issues are now solved and the PC is running faster than ever. Computopia will most certainly be my first call in the future for any repairs or PC servicing I need. A well deserved 5 stars due to excellent customer service, knowledge and very reasonable prices. Thank you.

Well, what can I say. Iain is clearly passionate about what he does! Very clued up, loves a chat, happy to help with anything! Re-built and upgraded my PC for me as im unable to myself anymore. Amazing, kept me updated along the way with how he was doing. Will deffo use him again. Iain service is 2nd to none. Really helpful and reliable. I had WIFI issues,tried to do it myself and failed. His expertise helped a tonne and I have no more WIFI connection problems. He also cleared all my excess unwanted cables and the office space looks neat and tidy!! I would not hesitate to recommend Iain if you have any computer problems that need resolving.

Iain deserves every one of these stars! My son bought a new graphics card for his gaming PC but couldn't finish the installation. I completed the Computopia website form (nice and straightforward) and Iain contacted me shortly after. We took the PC to Iain late morning and he'd completed the work by the end of the same day, ready for us to collect the next morning.Iain is very knowledgeable, approachable and extremely efficient.I have since used him again and am planning to replace my son's PC case for which I will use Iain for the component transfer from the old to the new one.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Iain and Computopia.
