Really unsure why they have a phone.. I have called seven times since they have opened and no answer. You know when you are trying to break your back to get someone the ONE present they want? Yup. Not going to bother with this branch ever again.

Be careful they close 50 minutes earlier than their business hours. It says on the door they close at 6:00pm went there at 5:10 and they were already closing what a shame

Went into the store looking for a specific pair of shoes. Helper said they had no Internet access so could Lool up the shoes and then when we eventually did find the shoes they said I had to pay extra to have them delivered to the store and to my house. Terrible customer service. Although one of the guys there were really nice.

Could've done with extra staff on the tills, but congrats to the till staff who let me get served while the bloke in front who'd complained the entire time about how long it took to get served, got to the front of the queue, actually on the till then walked off to change the hat he wanted to buy. And to his missus who was stood next to him, yes she did serve someone else in front of him because she had no idea how long he was going to be choosing a new hat.

The staff never pick up the phone complete joke rubbish shop. Unlike JD 5 rings call picked up by very nice sales person my questions answered trainers found sale done. Phones not picked up at Reading Footlocker, Slough and Swindon.

I been in the store just one person by the till then Dominik come up after 10 min -was very unprofessional chewing and on the phon serving me . That’s not WrightAsk him to order next pare because wasn’t in the store he sad is impossible .But next when I come in the girl say that’s no problem. I am very disappointed with the service

Visited the store last weekend and the manager was beyond helpful. He knew so much about trainers and gave us loads of advice and help which really pleased my 14 year old son. It is great to see a retail manager with a passion for his business and a genuine interest in providing a great customer service experience. Thanks again.
