I had to return one of my Amazon product and they tried to charge for the packaging . I did call Amazon customer service and complain about it in front of the seller , obviously he didn't wanted to speak with Amazon customer service so I will not use again Medway newsagents again that is for sure

Was verbally assaulted by another customer, police were called as was threatened with violence new agent just stood there and then lied to police because couldn't be bothered to get involved.... very important does not have cctv

Very attentive personnel. I went to return a parcel via Evri and the gentlemen attending informed about all the instructions for a secure return. The shop is also well organised and also they sell envelopes for parcel. Recommended for parcel services.

Took Hermes parcel to send, which I have done multiple times with no issues.My parcel was under 5kg and only 1m in length, Hermes max length is 1m20cm.The young lad refused to take my parcel saying I can't take it as the Hermes driver will complain and give me a headache".If thats the case then don't offer a service if your going to refuse to take parcels that are within the Hermes measurements.I wont be wasting my time coming here again.Went to a different shop and has no issues getting it sent."

closed the store early yesterday, a saturday. i rushed out of work early to get there in time (i am supposed to finish at 8, i left more than 15 minutes early) to return a parcel and by 7:53pm the shutters had been closed.closing 2 minutes early is understandable but closing more than 5 minutes earlier is unacceptable. i wouldve taken 2 minutes to do what i needed to do in there and would have been gone by 7:55.

I had to return a parcel to Medway newsagents because I had ordered the wrong size. I went into the shop and explained the situation to the staff. They were very understanding and helpful. They gave me a returns receipt and then they took the parcel off my hands.The staff were very friendly and efficient. They processed my return quickly and easily. I didn't have to wait around for long at all. I was really impressed with the service I received.I would definitely recommend Medway newsagents to anyone who needs to return a parcel. They are a great local business that provides excellent customer service.

At a time when so many shops/organisations are corporate, perfunctory and cold, this family business is kind + caring. They go out of their way to assist + are always polite + professional. They stock so much too; most needs can be met here. Thank you all for your care + support. It means a lot!
