Forgotten items curry sauce and mushy peas on order phoned them and they just said leave a review a bad one... so i am didn't even say they would deliver it to us a joke (I doe mind but I can't eat alot and just wanted sauce with my food)

Worst food ever! Before dashing for the train I ordered a big portion of chips. They took 15mins to make it and then I had to run. Later I found out the chips had NO SALT, NO VINEGAR! imagine eating chips which were barely cooked and with ZERO salt! I had to throw it away.Disgusting!!!The lady at the counter was OK but I think the cook messed it up.

We visited following a theatre experience, wasn’t sure which food outlet to choose on Broad Street but this one looked the most appealing. The staff are very nice and friendly and the food was cooked fresh from order so the food was exactly to the standards expected. Will definitely go again when next in the area. Thank you.

Digrace of a fast food takeaway. Staff can't understand or speak good English so my food was wrong and I spent too long to get them to understand they got my order wrong, so in the end I asked for my money back. I will never return

It was my first time trying fish and chips and I was amazed simple food can have so many flavours. The restaurant’s service was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Exactly customer service, would definitely recommend this places to others.

Ordered a mix meat and chips, the chips were soggy and greasy the mixed meat didn't taste right, not like other meats I've had in the past. The southern fried chicken doesn't look like normal southern fried chicken and that didn't taste nice either. The only thing that tasted fine was the drinks

‼️‼️ AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE‼️staff are rude and speak to customers like rubbish!! Disgusting customer service. Money was taken yet no food was delivered and when calling restaurant to try and resolve the most unpleasant lady on the phone with a terrible attitude had the cheek to talk to me how she did is disrespectful. So yes I no your reading this and you don’t deserve to be in business with your attitude and I’ll be taking it further!! And after speaking with others from social media your food is not up to standard anyway!!

First time ordering omg I wolfed it down was only 13 quid huge I mean huge portion of chips the gravy was to die for the scallop was so fresh the chicken was super juicy and crispy all hot non greasy food at amazing prices il be a regular now keep up the good work guys

I must say the quality in the food is present. Freshness is always available. I work at the uni and having this local chippy is the best thing coming out of Broad street. I called and ordered food yesterday to collect at a certain time. And that service was delivered on time. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Price wise it’s bang on. Quality wise top. Fresh food made to order. Cash and card payments accepted here, which is convenient in this age of plastic and phones. Giving this place 5 stars.
