Eden Vauxhall Swindon

Bought a 2019 vauxhall from them about a month ago. Service was OK, a dent was fixed and the car apparently cleaned" before sale. However I would advise anyone who looks a buying a car from them to lift the bonnet and check the engine compartment. Mine looked like it was driven around a beach before being sold. Not only was that section missed and not cleaned

I came in here with the intention of ordering a car.I knew exactly what I wanted (2023/2024 Vauxhall Astra 1.2 GS Line 1.2 Turbo Petrol 130PS Manual in Electric Yellow).When I walked in, the person at the desk was kind and told me that a salesperson would be with me shortly.I said not a problem and proceeded to walk around the dealership floor looking at the cars to pass the time whilst I waited.After 25 minutes of this, nobody came out and I started to get a tad impatient, so I asked a member of staff if there was a salesman free, they shrugged their shoulders and said I'm not sure bud".I waited another 10 minutes

I bought a used car from this place because it was the make and model (not Vauxhall) I was looking for, absolutely no other reason. The young salesman was pleasant and helpful he needs to find a better job. The management bloody awful especially the creepy manager. Tried to get the salesman to sell me stuff I didn't need. Didn't know what the company policy was for an MOT to be carried out on a used car. I still haven't received the MOT certificate. I was given the choice to pick it up (50 mile round trip) or pdf. Asked they post it it hasn't arrived.The car wasn't valeted properly. A load of muck under the rear seat, engine compartment filthy, algae on the roof and tar spots on the lower body work. All sorted by myself.The manager states on their website that customer service is paramount. It hasn't been my experience, far from it. Needless to say I won't be using Eden Vauxhall in the future.

Just called the service desk to arrange the annual service of my Corsa and had the great fortune to speak to Doran. What an absolute star he is. Nothing is too much trouble for Doran PLUS he's extremely knowledgeable of the all the requirements and takes great care to ensure everything is sorted. Overall, outstanding customer service. Thanks. Abysmal treatment when looking to buy a 2nd hand car from here. Told at least 3 times there was nothing in my budget, yet loads on their website. 10 years of custom down the pan, independent garages are more worthy of my trade from now on

No more words to say.Very helpful and friendly staffs.Descent and proactive. not like the ordinary money seekers. Had my vehicle serviced twice and No complaint at all. The good part is after every service you get a complementary car wash.Reasonable and worthy.

The worst dealesheep I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car at. The employees will do anything to sell the car, they will promise anything, including the management, especially one named (Paul ). I bought a used car from them and it was supposed to be serviced, scratches removed, etc. Nothing was done. I will never buy a car from them again, I even canceled their service, I don't want to have anything to do with people from this dealership

I came in today with my daughter for a service and MOT. I was informed how long it would be and was given regular updates on how much longer it would be. Waited in the comfortable seating area and a member of staff even gave my daughter a little bag of sweets while we waited. Very welcoming staff all round and the free car wash was a nice touch.

This review is for the nice folks at Eden and Jake Bryan my sales person. Everyone there were helpful and attentive. I bought my first EV the MG4 from Jake. I was a little nervous because there is much to know. I ultimately went with the SE model as it had the battery chemistry I wanted (it’s the same type Tesla use - I found that out on my own. There was no pressure from Jake). I can charge to 100 percent without damaging anything. So that was important to me. Jake explained all the differences as we went through the process. He was truthful and honest. I got a great deal on the car and it’s just a little bit Awesome! I had watched many reviews and there are things some people didn’t like about it. Such as the 10 x 2 screen is not as responsive as a Tesla. For me I saved somewhere around about 60 percent on the cost and the MG 4 is fantastic. It looks great. It’s rear wheel drive and drives like it’s on a rail by comparison to an SUV (which I used to drive. I loved it) But it was time to move to the 22nd Century for me. Fantastic customer service from Mo. From the moment he asked if I was ok when I was looking at the cars outside. He listened to my needs in a new car and showed me a car I never would have thought of but wow what a car. It ticked every box and more. I didn’t believe it would be in my budget my Mo surprised both my husband and myself. Nothing seemed to much trouble and he also made my son feel very welcome he has adhd and can’t sit still for long. Thank you so much for all your help I am loving my new Mg and we will see you in about 5/6 months to do my husbands car. If I could give you 10 stars ⭐️ I would.
