Perfect service - really friendly staff and drinks came quickly. Very clean as well! Will be coming back for sure.

Terrible service was served cakes then stood for 15 minutes for drinks. Had to ask for them which i was told they'd not got the ticket for them. Finally got them

When you make iced drinks, maybe don’t fill 80% of the drink with ice so your customers actually have something to drink. I usually go to the one in West Brom, first time ordering from here, never again.

We grab a morning drink every Saturday after a night shift. Opening staff are super friendly and enjoy getting to know you as regulars. Food was hot, drinks to order.

I very rarely write reviews unless it’s for excellent service or in this case atrocious service!!I would normally pop into costa on my way to kids rugby on a Sunday morning but I thought I’d give the newish Starbucks a try. I was one of two customers, the other being an Uber eats driver so he was just waiting for the order to be prepared. There were 3 staff behind the counter, there was no greeting, the staff member at the till was staring down (most likely on her phone), no hello, good morning, how can I help? she did take my order but the only thing she asked for was my name. I waited at the end of the bar & drink came (again no, here you go, thank you, have a nice day). I waited for a pastry, they seemed to busy themselves chatting, when I finally got some eye contact I asked about the pastry. She went & mentioned to the other staff member & wow, just wow….she handed me the bag, no eye contact, no smile, no words. I know it’s early on a Sunday morning but honestly, your day would be so much better if you just served with a smile. Don’t work in hospitality if you can’t make eye contact, smile or speak!!!! It’ll be Costa every other Sunday morning that’s for sure!!

One of the nicest looking Starbucks I've been in and I've been in loads around the world. The service was first class and the drink I had was perfect!

Have visited a few times and drinks have always been perfect and it’s lovely inside. However, have noticed that staff don’t seem to clean up the tables very often which doesn’t leave much choice of where to sit. The most recent time we visited we were told we could only sit in the front section of the store which left us with the choice of about 4 tables and the stools at the front. However, 2 of these tables and the stool section were dirty and one was already taken so this left us with the option of 1 table which would’ve also meant we were crammed behind the other two people sitting in. There were three staff behind the counter and none of them offered to clean up any of the tables so we could sit somewhere else so we ended up leaving without ordering. Also, this would’ve been more understandable if it was close to the closing time but there was still over two hours left before the store closed.

best and cleanest Starbucks I've been to. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Thanks guys ☺️!

drinks are good, but everytime I come here it’s not very tidy, or clean. without fail. but the service is ok . nice location.
