Management is extremely rude and unprofessional, lamps are not changed regularly, some work and you tan, other don’t and you waste your money. Better to walk 10 min to another branch in Bayswater where the people are nicer

I’m a regular at praed street, paddington - in three words; ‘I love it’ !!! The staff are always accommodating, friendly and welcoming and the place is spotlessly clean BUT the number one best part is James, who runs the show and has an amazing ability and personality to make every customer feel at ease and to make the experience so much more than tanning but to feel part of a ‘familly’ - YOU SIMPLY MUST TRY !!

Been using (clapham high st) for 7 years - new staff unfortunately not as good - repeatedly now, pre booked slots not ready on time - they allow walk ins ahead of you and make you wait - pity as used to be run so well

I am a regular customer at this tanning shop and my family have all been coming for years. The girls on the desk are very nice and always welcoming. The owner James is always a pleasure to speak with and is very informative, I always feel very safe when coming here. The prices tend to be higher than other shops but they definitely reflect on the results and service. As a family we would only ever choose the tanning shop to tan with. I always recommend to anyone starting sunbeds
