I prebooked a Van for Saturday - following information on the website and on google local that the place was open from 8am - 6pm daily.I had plans Saturday morning and planned to pick the van up around 1pm. At 9.00am on Saturday morning, the day i was due to pick the van up I recieved what can best be described as an angry" phonecall from the owner informing me he was leaving at 10 and I should hurry up. A little suprised and irritated that the owner had not informed me of this when I booked the van
