I’ve been doing shopping in this shop for the last seven years special occasions, christening, birthdays, weddings, name days, valentine’s Day was the most horrible experience ever received from the staff member, I have placed the order for a bracelet one months before Valentine’s Day and pre-ordered specially for my woman and when the day comes to pay for it the increase in the price not selling me for the price we have agreed, Staff member even called the owner of the shop directly as I have requested I always get 10% discount can you please ask hem if I can get on this bracelet my 10% discount she refused to give me my discount and I leave the bracelet and my wife didn’t get any Valentines gifts because of this occasion and experience of this shop was very disappointing, I was getting a necklace chain from my daughter as well,Simply they lost business couple of hundredsI have stopped going to this shop.
