I would like to say how brilliant my experience was with Joe Kacarevic at Lexus Coventry. From test drive to order completion, Joe was genuine, courteous, friendly and professional. He has not been with Lexus long but I found him very knowledgeable. Contact was prompt, nothing was too much trouble. I think he has proved himself a real asset to an already strong team there, who are every bit as world class as their cars. Special mention to Lilly too

What a great team, made purchasing my car a pleasure. Initially spoke with John a couple of times on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and friendly.This convinced us to make the journey from Preston to Coventry. We briefly stopped at another Lexus dealership onroute to see another car but I'm glad we dealt with John, Paul and Gary at Lexus Coventry.I loved my car so much I drove it home same day.Very professional team, most friendly Lexus dealership I've dealt with, it's easy to see how they've won so many prestigious awards.Keep up the good work.L Preston

Pretty bad experience with my test drive. The person helping me was either not interested or lacking the expertise and knowledge. I was not really given any leaflets or technical information about the model I was interested in. I thought Lexus take pride in their customer service but I am afraid I did not see any willingness to help.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Catherine McHugh, an excellent car saleswoman. Exhibiting a high level of professionalism and knowledge she took time to understand my needs and preferences to source my new ES. As the model changed specifications, Catherine answered all questions, kept me informed of progress, and sourced new vehicles. I am now on my fifth vehicle . The paperwork, the trade- ins, the finance were all handled efficiently which means a highly satisfied customer who has returned regularly with obvious advantages to the dealership overall.

I am very happy with my new NX350H now that a couple of teething problems have been resolved. Catherine McHugh looked after me very well throughout the unexpectedly long build period. The only reason I haven’t awarded 5 stars is because at the final hurdle, before collection, I wasn’t comfortable being pressured to pay a large sum of money prior to actually seeing and checking over the vehicle (which is against common good banking practice). However Catherine and the team have been great, and I am very much enjoying my new motoring experience after a few weeks of becoming familiar with the many technical bells and whistles. I would highly recommend this mid-size hybrid, and Lexus Coventry for their good service.

We've had a superb experience at Coventry Lexus dealership. John who assisted us from very beginning was extremely helpful, friendly and in general is great at dealing with customers. He listened to our needs and wasn't pushy at all. John and his manager Jools are both an asset to this branch and we appreciate their support throughout the whole process. The rest of the staff were really kind too, offering refreshments and making us feel welcome. Couldn't' recommend Lexus Coventry enough. Thank you. :)
