Love Emma’s Pilates classes. I do two zoom classes a week and she tailors everything to your needs within the group. She is very positive and reassuring. I have stuck to beginner’s which suits my fitness level, but my daughter is in a more advanced zoom class and also enjoyed a recent reformer session in the studio. Highly recommend. Easy booking system and reasonable prices.

Great classes, great teacher. Would highly recommend. Emma is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She always adapts exercises to suit people in the class, and to remember everyone's issues is quite amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else. When you get such a great instructor, why would you.
