Starbucks Hartlebury Drive Thru
Had iced coffee on a very hot day and a pupacino for my dog. Dogs are welcome inside which was nice as it is air conditioned. SCRAP THIS REVIEW. 1st July '23 Young jobsworth just informed us dogs are NOT allowed in. Have been here many times and never been told this! Shan't come again as know of other cafes that do welcome dogs.

I use this Statbucks more than any other. It's a Godsend on my commute. Service is great, staff are great, drinks and food great, but the price could be better. Other than that small bit of criticism, I'll still keep using them.

Everything about the store is great but the one thing missing is Air-conditioning, especially in the hotter weather. This would make customers and staff so much happier

Just dropping a shout out to Barista Sophie for her excellent customer service. Kind, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much. She gave off great vibes. Great plaits as well :-)

What a dump...........I entered this establishment shortly after opening to be greeted with an unclean and filthy Starbucks.Not only that the coffee wasn't hot along with members of staff not really wanting to be there. Unbelievable waste of money.

Hannah was SO lovely and truly made my day. I haven't been to this starbucks before but I'd definitely come back because of that. She was so kind and friendly!
