This place was recently finned £1million because it has a rat infested problem. Never again will I be shopping at this site again. Was reported rats in food including biscuits and pet food. Can you imagine kids eating these biscuits. Absolutely disgusting. Also was reported on news that it’s been given a 1 out of 5 so still aloud to trade but come on…1 out of 5 tells you still a lot of work to do. How can they still sell food for over a year knowing they had rats all over the place. The manager and owners should be help accountable. Absolutely shocking and would highly recommend looking into this before anyone shops here

They have some really nice things in store at the moment. Always have colour coded Isles or in groups which I love and is very aesthetically pleasing. Makes it so much nicer to walk around. Always clean and tidy. Isles slightly small so if busy can seem a bit crammed. Always have lovely things.

A large variety of items from home improvement, furnishings to arts and crafts. A very relaxing place to be and well stocked. Parking in the car park is free and it's easily accessible from the M5 motorway.

If your having a bad day come in here and have a look around, the standard of housekeeping is hilarious. So many products not priced correctly, shelves rammed and products spewing onto the floor. i have never seen a national company with so poor standards, these photos were taken on a quiet Friday afternoon the floor photo is the lift which looks like its not been cleaned in a year. Who stacked this pallet stepped back and said that looks ok. WOW just WOW

Nice big store with a cafe and toilets which is always a bonus.Outside area for garden plants,stones etc.Pet food,soft furnishings,paint supplies,lights,art and craft,bit and bobs it's pretty much all there.Lift available to get to second floor.Xmas and Halloween decorations.It's definitely the place to shop if you need a wide selection of different items.

I love the Range. I do think you need to be selective, as some stuff is a bit tacky. But I usually buy something on a weekend mooch there! Taunton branch is quite large and great selection of garden furniture. Loved this day bed and ended up buying this hanging chair. Quality is excellent. Arrived in two days. £50 cheaper than identical one in Dunelm! Staff in Taunton are friendly and I was able to take my little dog in.

Nice store, sells a wide range of goods. A bit too cluttered though which is not so good if you don't like feeling claustrophobic

Large spacious building untidy in many areas. Staff indiferente to customers. Holding personal conversations with other staff members.
