The Ring O Bells with Sarah and Lucy and their team is a fantastic restaurant. The good, service and atmosphere is perfect. With the Christmas decorations up, it is definitely the season to be jolly!

Exceptional local pub. It’s difficult to try and convey just how good this place is. If you like a proper local pub, with excellent food and a special level of friendliness, then this is the place for you! The lobster is to die for! Just go and visit, you will not be disappointed.

First time back to this little gem of a pub in 25 years. Wonderful food, diverse menue and specials most nights.Welcomed and looked after by the new landlords who want you to enjoy your experience with them.Great value for good food and will be back soon.

They fittest us in last minute. Amazing staff, so friendly. We only stopped in for a quick bite to eat, starters and sides, we were not disappointed. Food was delicious, best chips I've ever had. Whitebait and mussels were cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere. Pub was beautifully decorated for Christmas - what an absolute treat!

1 st visit , was absolutely wonderful! Didn’t know what to expect just wanted a nice meal for a family of 8 ! Dog friendly. Great choice on the menu , food was really tasty, service excellentJust a really friendly rustic restaurant will definitely be going back soon

Absolutely exquisite...so much food! Excellent service, a fantastic historical venue with a great ambience. Our dog was very welcome & much admired. We will endeavour one more meal in this short trip.

Wow, wow, wow! The most incredible Sunday roast I've had in a long time. Very generous portions, and all incredibly tasty. As if the plate wasn't enough, had sides of potato dauphinoise and cheesy broccoli and cauliflower. Dog friendly pub, even came over and gave him a treat. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, nice to have a bit knowledge of what's being served, knowing where beer/cider is from and what it tastes like. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

We popped in for tea as it was close to our hotel. It is a lovely little place. Very cosy and friendly. Food was great and the service was excellent. Most expensive thing was the steak from the specials at £25 but it was delicious and the portion was worth the price.
