Every nail was a diff shape and they didn’t even finish them properly. Horrible place if you want nice nails

Worst experience ever !!! ! It’s been more than a year since I used to go to this salon but for the first time my experience was so bad ! They’ve got new staff who don’t even know anything about nails and attitude is so bad . Told him that I didn’t like the shape nor the finishing but he didn’t care at all , in fact he told me next time do it near someone else ! Sat there for two hours just to leave the place so dissatisfied and paying £40 for unfinished job !! Never going there again !!!!!

Actually quite happy with my nails, I got French tips with silver lining and was charged £38. Didn’t expect this price because price list needs updating but the staff were so friendly and skilful that it was worth it. Will come again!

Great nail art artists.It’s my 4th time getting my nails done with them and I am very pleased with their work. Today I was treated by Kay who did an excellent job with pre-ping the nails and shaping them, and by Tea who did an amazing work with the nail design. Just like the picture. It’s the 3rd time she did my nail design and she is outdoing herself everything time.I would recommend visiting them when they are not so busy (they do better work) such as morning or afternoon (10-14). Today’s nails are the best I ever had done here. I love them (the blue french ones).In terms of price, I feel it’s reasonable (I just started doing my nails so I can’t compare), especially because they work very hard. Today I did infill with new design and it took 1:30. They deserve every penny.

Good place to get your nails done, listen to what I want, although colours are limited to what is available at other places I have been.I have done my nails over 10 times here and once the gel polish chipped the next day and they fixed it when I went in the following day.Be sure to get an appointment booked because it gets busy always. Went on Wednesday without a booking but thankfully didn’t have to wait around long as I got there just before it opened. Gets very busy during the day and wait times can be over an hour.

So happy with my nails, I have come here the past 2 times to get gel extensions and won’t be going anywhere else any time soon! Looks exactly like the picture I showed and the lady that did my nails was quick and kept checking I liked the shape and length which was lovely service. Price is also great for what you get. Highly recommend ☺️

I have been going to Wembley Nails once a month for this year of 2023 and I couldn't be any happier. They try their best to squeeze you in on a busy day, depending on what you want to get done. They are gentle and play good music.

These are my nails after went to this salon. After 3 days the nails started to chipped and one of them broke completely (See in the picture). But the worst thing is that after I contacted the saloon and ask for a FREE repair they said that was not possible, after I explained my frustration they accepted to let me come and fix the damaged ones.When I went to the saloon the guy said that it was my fault of the nail broke after 3 days and that I needed to pay them! After that I left the saloon and I absolutely will never come back!

in all honesty, probably the best nail salon experience i’ve had. i struggle very badly with social anxiety, and the lady (black hair, very cute glasses with a hogwarts top) who did my nails was an angel sent from heaven. she was so kind, attentive and patient with me - she helped me pick a chrome colour for my nails and when she was doing my infill she was so gentle and caring i could hardly feel anything happening! i’m beyond happy with these nails, the shape colour and just everything about them is just what i wanted :)

Absolutely terrible experience at this shop. I have been here a few times and they have always been “ok”. However the last 2-3 visits have been ridiculous. From watered down shellac that chips and peals in less than 24hrs to leaving the shop with nails that’s I have specifically stated have been done wrong.They don’t care if they have not done your nails as you have asked for them to be done.They refuse to apply 3 coats of shellac even if that is what you would like and are paying for.Today I was extremely unhappy with the way my nails had been done, including the fact that the nails are all different lengths ( which I was told it’s to late to fix ) when I pointed it out.After asking for another coat of shellac the manager had the nerve to tell me that I am stressing him out and that I want trouble with him today.. when I was due to pay I decided that after the verbal disrespect, being actively ignored and having my nails left a mess I decided I will not pay the £35 but instead will pay £30. I told the man I will not be coming back to his shop which prompted him to use profanity towards me in front of my 5 & 7 year old children.I have no words.If you would like to have a good experience getting your nails done and have them done in a way that you actually want and will be happy with the Avoid this shop !! Never have a been sworn at in a nail shop and I’ve been getting my nails done for well over 15 years not.Good luck to this place.. unprofessional and abusive behaviour will only get you so far!
