Got my Golf R from these guys last week. Can honestly say, I was looking for about 2 weeks prior to buying the car from Enkae, other dealerships just didn’t have that drive to make it easier for the customer whereas Corey made it so much easier for myself and got the car straight after the payment was made. Proper top notch service from these guys. My car also went back the other day for a rebuff, I advised Corey and Reece that I needed the car the day after, with Corey being on A/L Reece was able to sort this out and deliver the car back to me safely. Big up to these guys! Will definitely be coming back.

Had a chat with Umarah on the phone and told her I was interested in their 330e and wanted to part exchange my RS3. She was very efficient and gave me a competitive part-exchange price over the phone after taking details and recommended I come into the dealership for further discussions on the deal. Kam then took care of me and the process of exchanging cars & finalising the deal was extremely smooth. Very transparent and honest dealers. From what I saw, they keep very clean cars with the best specifications which is great. They also delivered my new car to my home free of charge after valeting it as I had to leave the dealership early for work purposes. Great customer service.UPDATE:. I initially left the above review on the day of purchase after the manager requested I do so. Unfortunately I’m having to edit this and change it from a 5 star to a 1 star. Soon after taking delivery of the vehicle (which was on a very rainy and dark day) I realised after cleaning the car that the drivers door and front wing had been re-painted and a duller shade of grey compared to the remainder of the car. In addition, the clear coat on the respected panel was beginning to peel off. I rang Enkae multiple times and after 4 days of persistently calling their showroom and getting promised I’d get a phone call back (I would never get one back), the manager finally rang me.We had a long conversation in which he concluded that there was nothing he could do for me because he felt he had already given me a good enough deal. I explained that regardless of the deal, the paintwork was clearly of sub-satisfactory quality. Unfortunately, he did not take this on board and told me he could not offer any solution. I’m now left with a car which has peeling lacquer and 2x panels with shoddy paint jobs which will require £600 of work.Make sure you inspect the car very very thoroughly - just because it’s a dealership, they can not be trusted to be open and honest regarding previous repairs or paint jobs.
