So disappointed with this company. Small order placed 22nd March with essential requirement for delivery by Easter- delivery promised in 1-3 days. Payment taken, then prevaricating email saying they would TRY and meet delivery date.They didn't meet date despite phone call and items finally arrived 4th April.. Products not exceptional and service very flaky. Would not use again.

Ordered two framed pictures on 16/10. Despite paying for 5-7 days delivery after 7 days no delivery. I emailed after 11 days to be told my package would be dispatched the next day. Only one of the prints arrived yet I received an email to say my complete order had been delivered. Nearly three weeks after ordering I have sent four emails and every time I'm told the second print is being dispatched tomorrow but no delivery! No offer of compensation. Rubbish service!

I really do not understand those reviews. I do love the prints and frames I have ordered (special mention for the dark brown frames) and was delivered on time. I also thank the customer service. Natalie and Matilda were very kind and quick indeed to find a solution to a wee defect. I will order again. Thank you!

Very disappointed by what should have been great large postcards. The colours were dull and the image was not good quality. I have been said that it was not faulty as on the website the quality is apparently the same. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Very, very disappointed with this company. The item took two and a half weeks to arrive for no clear reason. There’s nothing outstanding about the product - a framed picture - to suggest it should take any more than a few days. On delivery, the glass of this framed item, which had not been sufficiently pacakaged for a glass item, in my view, was broken. I contacted what appears to be a third party. I was told I would receive a call back. No call was received. Three calls latter, accompanied by a ‘don’t care’ attitude from staff on the phone and overall rude and poor customer service, I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company. The business model is as poor as the customer service. I still haven’t received a call back. All I want to do now is get my refund.

Disappointing. Website says 1-3 business days to despatch and that fitted fine with my requirements. It actually took 6 working days, making a total of 9 days to send me a single greetings card.It would have been a lot better if they'd been in touch to tell me it would be late, but instead I had to chase it up. I didn't feel confident in this company and I wouldn't risk ordering from them again.

The quality of the item was first class and the packaging excellent. You just need to expect it in more like 10 days rather than 5-7 then you can't complain). It is a bespoke item, carefully made so it takes a while. When I contacted them they responded within 2 hours and very pleasantly and helpful. They just need to change their lead time which they seem to have a problem with and it raises expectations. Other than that, brilliant

The print I ordered arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately there were some marks on the print which spoilt its appearance. After contacting Magnolia Box it was pointed out by them that the marks were also on the much smaller website picture which I should have noticed before purchasing. In my view, only magnification of the website image could have revealed the problem. However, after several emails, Magnolia Box said they were happy to refund the full cost.

Picture received very quickly. Excellent quality and price. Slight problem was rectified immediately. I cannot fault the customer service I received. I will certainly be using this company again and would highly recommend them
