Manuel Martin is very professional and it is a very convenient located law firm and notary public office. Regarding their fees: it is the average price of the area where it is placed in London.

We had a fairly standard POA document produced and it was acceptable for our needs, but we were shocked by expensive and senseless extra charges at the end which amounted to ~50% of the actual legal work that was done. These extra charges were justified and strictly enforced by a vague terms and conditions contract. As others have noted- the office itself is central, but it's not even that nice and shouldn't justify this pricing structure.
