5 stars isn't enough! Words can't express how fantastic the staff are here! My dog was taken suddenly ill and they acted so fast. He's still here today thanks to them! They are knowledgeable, kind hearted and caring. They also took the time to look after me whilst I was visibly distressed and made sure both my dog and me were attended to! I can't thank you enough team!

I took my cat here on Wednesday night, he wasn't registered there but they still managed to book him in with an emergency appointment late at night. When I eventually got there feeling a bit stressed after numerous temporary and an issue with a road closure, I was greeted by 3 ladies sat at reception. I can honestly say I've never gone anywhere and been greeted in such a friendly and caring manner. When we saw the vet he thoroughly checked my cat over and put my mind at ease and reassured me when I said I felt like I'd wasted their time as he couldn't find a reason for his lethargic behavior that night. Its never a nice experience taking your animals to the vets but going here was as close to nice as it can possibly be. Thanks team!

Staff are always very welcoming, with a coffee machine and plenty of space to park. They have some really long opening times, so you can often get an appointment on the same day.Like most of these places it's not cheap, but can you put a price on little timmy getting better. Apparently yes you can, and it's often two or three digits.It's my first choice if little timmy is unwell, just make sure you have a flexable friend with a decent credit limit.You can book online, or ring very early at the start of business for an on the day appointments.

I do like this vet, they are emphatic and handle the animals gently. Sadly their prices are getting more and more unaffordable, and makes you think twice about rehoming more pets after the loss of one. The rescue homes are full of dogs and cats waiting, this is one of the main reasons why.

Great vets, very professional, clean and tidy. I took my cat for an emergency appointment as they carry out the out of hours service for my vets (Hillpark Harold Hill). They saw my cat straight away and gave him the meds he needed on a Sunday evening the day before I went on holiday. It is quite pricey for out of hours service, but they were completely upfront about this and told me the cost before I booked in. But for the peace of mind before leaving him for a week it was priceless.

Took my 12 month old cross bread to be spayed and all I can say is we received top notch care and guidance. From the reception team to the nurses, everyone was friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable and they all contributed towards a relaxed atmosphere. There was no unnecessary selling after surgery and there was no pressure to have to leave. From drop off at 0715 to pick up at 1800, everything was superb and I can't see why anyone would want to go to any other vet. Thank you to the whole of the Wylie's team. My neighbour takes her dog here as its a really great vets.good parking and extremely clean.

We have been using Wylie's for a number of years and they always give an excellent service and impression of genuine care for your pets. They aren't the cheapest vet, but you get what you pay for, and I thoroughly recommend paying for the peace of mind.

This first visit was fine... very welcoming and a good experience... for us and our dog...
